St. Catherine's is pleased to provide our registered parishioners with a FREE subscription to FORMED, an online collection of the best in Catholic movies, children’s programming, audio dramas and books that supports the Catholic lifestyle.

Sign Up Instuctions

1. Access the FORMED Sign Up Page
2. Click on Formed for Parishes.
3. Click on Signup
4. Fill the Sign up your Organization form with your Full Name, email address ( this will be used for your login to formed later), phone number. Do not choose "I am an Individual".
5. Find St. Catherine of Alexandria Temecula - on the list of Parish and click on "Next".
6. To Sign In either from Website or Mobile app, go to the FORMED Log In Page.
   Log in with your email address.
